friendly staff clean place sketchy entry broken stairs
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean. I appreciated that. The terrace was amazing. It offered a great view. The bakery downstairs provided a nice breakfast option.
The building entry on the ground level floor seemed sketchy. The stairs felt broken down. The towels were ok, but larger and fluffier towels would improve the room. I hope they consider it.

unbeatable location helpful staff great value small kitchenette
The location was unbeatable. i found various restaurants and the promenade very close. the staff was genuinely helpful and accommodating. They provided quick responses to my requests! the value for the money was excellent. I was especially pleased with the amenities provided for the price. our room had a small kitchenette that kept things chilled!
the ground floor entrance was quite worn down, and the elevator smelled a little.

The hotel has a central location that places you right in the heart of everything. Stepping outside means immediate access to the city center. proximity to the opera house is a significant advantage. It stands right next to the hotel for easy access.
